The default catalog shipped with DBManager Professional Freeware Edition 3.0.2 is incorrect. This will cause the following problems:
  • The server is not saved to the catalog, or
  • The server doesn't save the userid or password, or
  • Server is Unknown when DBManager is restarted

We have updated the setup so files downloaded from now on will work as it should. If you don't want to download a new setup, you can download the correct catalog. After downloading the catalog place in your documents folder. It would be a good idea to copy it also to the DBManager Installation Folder.

PS: This error will not occur if you update your previous catalog, as the script to update it will fix the problem. To update the catalog, you must have the previous 3.0.1 version installed. When you run setup to install 3.0.2 you must choose not to replace the catalog in your documents folder. In the first time you execute DBManager it will automatically update the catalog and keep all the information saved in the previous version.
